Zweiter IR Lesekopf funktioniert nicht am Raspberry (Weidmann)

  • Hallo zusaammen,


    ich habe mir mittlerweile einen zweiten IR Lesekopf von Weidmann für meinen Raspberry zugelegt. Jetzt hab ich folgendes Problem:

    Der zweite funktioniert nicht am Raspberry, wenn der erste angeschlossen ist. Sobald ich den ersten trenne, funktioniert der zweite. Folgendes zeigt mir syslog beim Anschließen des zweiten:

    Habt ihr eine Idee, was ich hier machen kann? Bin ziemlich ratlos :/

  • Die FTDI Chips haben eine sehr schlechten Ruf weil da eine Menge halbgarer Chinaklone unterwegs sind. Udo hat nicht ohne Grund einen CP2104 im VZ-Lesekopf verbaut.


    Ich selbst nutze den FTDI 232RL recht gerne, meide aber billige Quellen und kaufe nur Markengeräte bei denen ich vertrauen habe das die echten Chips verbaut sind. Ich hatte schon mindestens 3 dieser Geräte am USB ohne Probleme.


    Wie Weidmann das handhabt wirst du sie selbst fragen müssen...

  • Ich meine mann könnte bei den ftdi's die ID/SN ändern, das würde ich mal probieren.

    22.05.2012: 8,8 kW, 100 % Eigenverbrauch, netmetering mit Ferrariszähler [Belgien]
    25.02.2016: 2,6 kW, netmetering mit Vergütung [Niederlande]

  • Danke cybersoft! Das war das Problem. Beide hatten die gleiche SN, damit kam Linux nicht klar. Hab jetzt die SN bei einem geändert und es läuft!!
