I have a question which is what a "grid-tie inverter" is called in German? I need to find a ~600- 1000 watt grid-tie inverter and am considering buying it in Germany but don't know the name of it ...

grid-tie inverter is called "Netzwechselrichter " in German "Netz" is like the Grid and Wechselrichter means inverter

and Stecca makes small grid tie inverters (stecca 300 0r 500 i think ) and a Mastervolt soladin (Dutsch ) another option
SMA sunny boy has a 1200 watt one as far as i know .... good luck

Die Wechselrichter Daten Bank scheint neu zu sein ..... nur unter der Abteilung "off-grid" solte man Netzwechselrichter nicht listen
