Enfinity Deutschland is searching a Trade Sales Manager
Position: Trade Sales Manager based in Frankfurt am Main
Department: E- Trade
Reporting Line: To the General Manager Germany
Start: as soon as possible
Main purpose of job
To set up a complete installer/added value reseller network country wide that will allow us to sell our complete solar or wind packages to end customers.
Participate actively in developing the support, value add services to offer to the network, liaise with specific market needs, contribute to brand creation, image building and market awareness.
Main responsibilities
- Explore the market for opportunities to set up a network of local installers/Added Value Resellers in PV or wind systems
- Lead the design of the local strategy and market approach based on guidelines provided by the E-Trade BU.
- Acquire new accounts through active prospecting
- Expand your knowledge in renewable energy, build up long term relationships with clients through a professional and correct work ethic
- Responsible for a smooth cooperation between the different internal departments
- Organize, coordinate, manage and control the contract negotiations with possible Installers/Added Value Resellers and the follow up to get the best possible results
- Acquire a deep knowledge of project procedures (technical and administrative)
- Manage your agenda independently and work result oriented.
- Attend fairs and exhibitions to promote Enfinity business and image, leverage at best the leads gathered in the planned events
- Keep under control the Supply Chain Management in accordance with the Service line E Trade
- Communicate effectively in the country and thru the matrix across the areas of expertise of E Trade
- Ensure that sales targets are met
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- Experience in developing, expanding and managing sales channels (installers) in any of the following areas: PV, HVAC, Heating, Roofing, Building Automation.
- Experience in direct sales a plus
- Technical and electrical knowledge of PV and wind systems is a major plus
- Fluent in English
- Good organizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneur with good social skills and a positive work spirit
- Team player able to work with technical staff
