Missing information in Sunny Data Control ...... HELP !!!

Hello,

First of all, i am sorry but my question is in English .... i do not speak or write German .... sorry

Hereby my problem .....

Yesterday i did reset my sunny beam in the afternoon and i lost all my data .... In real i had yesterday 12.22 kWh, but my sunny beam and also my sunny data control tells me 1.67 kWh. How can i adjust these figures? All my data from yesterday (before the reset at 14:00) are lost .... can i change the numbers in the excel sheet from yesterday? If so, how?

Who can help ????

- kann den irgendjemand der Mods in die richtige Kategorie auf der Hersteller-Supportseite - SMA - Anlagenüberwachung rüberschieben - der Gute Mann wartet seit einer geschlagenen Woche - isser überhaupt noch da???
Die Leute sollten der englischen Sprache mächtig sein.

Hello gooikenaar,

unfortunately the reset of Sunny Beam deletes all stored data (last 31 days) and settings. Even if you stored them with Sunny Data Control you can not transfer them back to the Beam.
Please never write in the excel sheets generated by Sunny Data Control. It could be that the values in the sheet won´t be updated anymore.

I´m sorry to have no better information, but the function of a reset is to delete data Sad

All plant values received after the reset will be stored as usual.
